Orders & tracking
Status timelines, tracking links, invoices, cancellations, refunds.
Your orders live at /orders (sign in to see them, or use the magic link emailed at checkout for guest orders).
Two kinds of progress
NShop shows a different timeline depending on what you bought.
Shop orders (physical goods)
Shop orders move through payment and shipping milestones:
- Placed / Awaiting payment - created; manual stores wait for payment.
- Paid - payment confirmed.
- Processing - the store is preparing the parcel.
- Shipped - tracking link when the admin adds carrier + number.
- Delivered - closed.
Restaurant (food) orders
Food orders follow kitchen steps instead of shipping labels: Received → Preparing → Ready → Picked up → Completed.

Emails
You get email at key transitions. NShop debounces status emails by ~30 seconds so rapid admin updates do not spam you.
Invoice
Download a PDF invoice from paid orders (line items, VAT, store details).
Cancellation
Shop orders - you may cancel from the order page while every store slice is still cancellable (before shipping). Food orders - kitchen flow starts at Received; contact the restaurant to change an order in progress.
Refunds
Stripe refunds return to your original method. Shop refunds restore stock; restaurant refunds do not use stock - dishes use sold out toggles instead.
Multi-store
Each subdomain is its own checkout. You may have multiple orders tracked independently.
